The Physical-Digital Art Workshop complements our Core Electronics program, allowing students to explore the intersection of art and technology.
The Physical-Digital Art Workshop caters to secondary school students in grades 7 to 10. The unique program teaches students to apply their artistic talents to a physical or digital medium using technology and creativity. The workshop provides a range of activities and projects that allow students to experiment with various art forms and digital media, including computer-generated images, animation, and interactive installations.
To ensure that all students have a comparable level of knowledge, they must complete online learning and safety modules before attending the workshop. These modules will help students understand the fundamentals of art and technology and ensure they know the safety procedures associated with using equipment and materials.
Overall, the Physical-Digital Art Workshop is an excellent opportunity for students interested in exploring the intersection of art and technology. It provides them with the skills and knowledge needed to develop creative solutions that integrate the two fields while teaching them about the importance of safety and responsible use of technology.
The Physical-Digital Art workshop is available via our partnering universities and delivery partners as a school excursion with our Drone Programs.
